Terms and Conditions – New Invention Public School, Kapisda
1. Admission Policy
Admission to New Invention Public School is subject to the availability of seats and fulfilling the eligibility criteria set by the school. The school reserves the right to deny admission based on academic performance or other criteria deemed necessary by the school management.
2. Fees and Payments
All fees must be paid by the due dates set by the school. Late payments will incur a penalty as per school policy. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under specific conditions approved by the school management.
3. Attendance
Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% throughout the academic year. Unauthorized absence for more than 10 consecutive days may result in disciplinary action or cancellation of enrollment.
4. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to follow the school's code of conduct, respect teachers, fellow students, and school property. Misconduct or violation of school rules may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion.
5. Uniform and Discipline
All students must adhere to the school uniform policy and maintain discipline on school premises. Any violation of these norms will lead to corrective measures, including a warning or suspension.
6. Safety and Security
The school ensures a safe and secure environment for all students. However, the school is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur outside the school premises or during commutes, except under circumstances where school negligence is proven.
7. Parental Involvement
Parents are encouraged to stay involved in their child's progress and participate in school meetings, events, and discussions as notified by the school. Continuous communication with the school is expected for the child’s academic and personal growth.
8. Withdrawal Policy
If a parent wishes to withdraw their child from the school, a written notice must be submitted at least one month in advance. The school reserves the right to hold any certificates until all dues are cleared.
9. Use of School Facilities
Students are expected to use school facilities, including classrooms, library, and sports equipment, with care. Any damage caused intentionally or by negligence will result in penalties or compensation demands.
10. Digital and Online Policies
Use of the school's digital platforms must be in compliance with school rules. Misuse of online resources, including cyberbullying or unauthorized sharing of school materials, will lead to disciplinary action.
11. Changes to Policies
New Invention Public School reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Parents and students will be notified of any significant changes via official communication channels.
